Accessibility
The website operator (Business2plan GmbH) strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Anti-Discrimination Act.
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.business2plan.at.
Status of compliance with requirements
This website is fully compliant with conformance level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
Non-accessible content
Some, primarily older PDF documents and Office documents are not accessible. For example, older PDF documents are not tagged, meaning they cannot be read or used by screen reader users, or can only be read and used inadequately.
No comprehensive changes are currently planned for older, non-accessible documents that are still exempt from Directive (EU) 2016/2102. Please let us know if you have any difficulties with specific documents. We will prepare the content for accessibility upon request and subsequently replace the documents or supplement them with accessible alternatives. For new documents, we strive to prepare them for accessibility according to WCAG 2.2 and PDF/UA before publication.
Creation of this Accessibility Statement
This statement was created in July 2025.

Enforcement Procedure
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above-mentioned contact option, you can submit a complaint to the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG).
The FFG will examine complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the affected legal entities and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies.
